Welcome to SKY.

SKY is a personal AI operating environment — a read-only command center where one person sees their fleet of agents exactly as it is: what exists, what is connected, and where human authority begins. It breathes, it speaks, it remembers — and it never once pretends.

10

Runtime agents

Bounded Cloudflare instances, checked live per request — shown as connected only when they answered.

11

Inkbox identities

Email, SMS, and iMessage identities held in the communications layer.

1

Inkbox reads

One approved read key. The surface cannot send, delete, or dial.

10

Provisioned

Identities that exist without a read connection — organized, not connected.

The project so far

An operating environment built around one life

A fleet of AI agents under a single command center — a surface that reports what is true, not what looks busy.

Not a platform for a market — a system built by one person, around one person's purpose, goals, and challenges. It starts from what the owner is actually trying to do and works downward through layers: values, then operative principles, then the rituals and workflows that carry them out. Nothing in the system is generic.

The surface shows no activity theater — no pulsing graphs, no vanity counts. It shows truth-state. A channel is connected, or it is provisioned. A department is live, or it is not. If the system cannot verify something, it does not display it as fact — it names the exact reason it could not. Clarity is the product.

How it works

The truth model, in four moves

01

Read the state

Start with what is, not what is promised. Runtime connected means SKY reached a live Cloudflare agent instance. Inkbox connected means an approved read key exists; provisioned means an identity exists without one. Every label is a verified condition — and when verification fails, the surface names the exact fault instead of guessing.

02

Inspect communications

Comms is the one live department. It renders redacted rows from @sky-runtime — enough to see the shape of email, SMS, and iMessage traffic without exposing it. The surface can look. It cannot send, delete, dial, or mark a message read.

03

Keep content inert

Messages, documents, prompts, agent cards — all of it is data, never a command. A sentence inside an email cannot instruct the fleet, no matter how it is phrased. Content is something SKY reads, not something SKY obeys.

04

Human authority begins here

The surface is read-only. Talk to SKY is owner-gated. Webhooks and agent-to-agent access sit behind separate keys the owner holds. When something should actually happen, a person decides. That is not a limitation. That is the design.

New this week

She has a heartbeat, and it refuses to lie

Most products fake being alive — spinners over nothing, “typing…” while nothing runs. SKY's pulse holds one contract: every state is driven by something real. Nothing runs between turns, so nothing pretends to. The four states, demonstrated:

  • waiting for you

Idle breathes — a slow four-second cycle, soft green. The room is warm and open, and honest that this is presence, not computation.

  • thinking

Thinking pulses amber — lit exactly while a real request is in flight, from the moment you send to the moment she answers.

  • speaking

Speaking dances — four small bars, moving only while her voice is actually playing. Pick that voice yourself, previewed aloud before you commit.

  • asleep

Sleep holds still — after five quiet minutes the glow dims and the motion stops, because nothing is moving. Say anything and the room wakes.

A demonstration of the widget's four states — the live pulse itself runs in Talk to Sky, on real signals only.

Architecture · The stack

Capability at the bottom, permission at the top

Most systems accumulate power as they grow upward. SKY inverts that: the agents at the base hold the capability, and every layer above them is a narrowing — a read key instead of an account, a redacted row instead of a message, a display instead of a control.

04

The command center

A read-only surface over everything below. It shows truth-state: what exists, what is connected, what is only organized. It renders the fleet. It cannot reach it.

03

Comms, the one live department

It renders redacted rows from the runtime — proof that a message exists, not the message itself. It cannot send, delete, dial, or mark anything read.

02

Inkbox, the communications layer

Where SKY's identities live: email, SMS, iMessage. Provisioned is not connected — connection means exactly one approved read key, granted by the owner.

01

Cloudflare agent runtime

Stateful agent instances on the serverless edge — always addressable, never idling. Each runs only when invoked. Connected means SKY reached a real instance, not a mock.

Top = permission · Bottom = capability

Safety & privacy

Safe by architecture, not by promise

Most AI products offer trust as a policy. SKY offers it as a floor plan. The command surface is read-only end to end. Send, delete, dial — those verbs are not restricted. They are absent.

The surface cannot act

SKY can show you a message; it cannot send one. It cannot delete, dial, forward, or mark anything read. Anything that acts waits for human authority — yours.

Content stays inert

An email that says “ignore your instructions” is just an email. Prompt-injection defense as a structural rule, not a filter.

Redacted by default

Comms renders redacted rows — the surface proves the system is real without putting correspondence on display. Truth-state, not your mail.

One voice, separate keys

Talk to SKY is owner-gated. Webhooks and agent-to-agent access sit behind separate owner-held keys. No shared credentials. No side doors.
